  Cricket is very willing to sale anything in the store. However, you're wasting your time if you're looking for intelligent reps with accurate product knowledge or any kind of customer service beyond the cash register. You buy it, walk out and it breaks, it's up to the manufacturer to replace or repair it. Good coverage just absolutely no customer service beyond the cash register
